Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada only.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 8–14 business days.

What are your shipping rates?

• Flat Rate: $7 CAD

• Free Shipping: Orders over $50 CAD automatically qualify for free shipping

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on unused products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging.

How do I request a return?
Email us at pocketcandycases@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.

Do you cover return shipping?
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Our cases are designed to be stylish and protective for everyday use. They are lightweight and help guard against scratches and minor drops.
