Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. The following outlines our shipping policy for all orders placed through our website.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Method and Rates
We offer standard shipping only:

  • Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders of $50 or more (before tax and after discounts)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 8 to 14 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier issues, or high seasonal volume.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at pocketcandycases@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
